Desire for a Child - An Individual Journey
Clarity. Body. Strength.

A body-oriented, artistically inspired mentoring program for women*, especially those in artistic professions, who are considering having a child – sometime, soon, or maybe never.

Space for questions, doubts, longings, and clear decisions.

Without medical advice – but with bodywork, reflection, creativity and mindfulness.

From this open space of questions and possibilities, we will jointly develop a clear structure.

In my 4-week intensive mentoring program, we use tools from directing, movement, and theatre work.

to lead you step by step from powerlessness back into your own creative power.

The process at a glance

Week 1: Role work & inventory

We'll take a look at the roles you currently hold.

Who are you in this process?

We identify limiting patterns and create space for your authentic self.

Week 2: Atmosphere & Space

Using tools from the Michael Chekhov technique, you will learn to consciously shape your inner atmosphere.

We are establishing a "safe space" that protects you from external pressure.

Week 3: Embodiment – The body as a source of strength

From the head back into the body.

We use body-oriented impulses to release stuck emotions and make your intuition and self-confidence perceptible again.

Week 4: The new production

We're bringing the threads together.

You develop your own "directory" for everyday life in order to continue on your path with clarity, confidence and renewed energy.

My journey – and why I'm accompanying you

I know the long, arduous journeys. At 46, I became a mother to a wonderful daughter – a path that has taught me a lot about patience, trust, and the art of perseverance.

In 2025, I completed my training as a fertility coach. Today, I combine my 20 years of experience as a director and Master Teacher of the Michael Chekhov Method with professional support for couples trying to conceive.

As your mentor, I will show you ways to stay true to yourself throughout this process, to take charge of your own "inner direction," and to maintain perspective—no matter how turbulent the external world may be. I am ready to accompany you on your very personal journey.

What women say about our collaboration:

"Katharina helped me not to give up. To always think about 'the star' or my child and to stay in contact with him/her. During the time I was trying to conceive, Katharina helped me to sort through my thoughts, feelings and external experiences (such as doctor's appointments or challenging conversations, etc.) and thus find more clarity and peace."

"Katharina guided me through my fertility coaching in an incredibly empathetic and clear way. She has the special ability to constantly refocus attention on what's essential without putting any pressure on me. With her, everything was allowed to be there – she gives plenty of space, listens attentively, and works very intuitively. At the same time, she provides support and security, which helped me enormously during this sensitive phase. I always felt seen, understood, and supported by her."

You should feel a flow of joy because you are alive. Your body will feel full of life. That is what you must give from stage. Your life. No less. That is art: to give all you have.

And what have you? Your life - nothing more. And to give life means to feel life throughout your whole being. MICHAEL CHEKHOV
