YOU SHOULD FEEL A FLOW OF JOY BECAUSE YOU ARE ALIVE. YOUR BODY WILL FEEL FULL OF LIFE. THAT IS WHAT YOU MUST GIVE FROM STAGE. YOUR LIFE. NO LESS. THAT IS ART: TO GIVE ALL YOU HAVE. AND WHAT HAVE YOU? YOUR LIFE - NOTHING MORE. AND TO GIVE LIFE MEANS TO FEEL LIFE THROUGHOUT YOUR WHOLE BEING.

MOVE • IMAGINE • CREATE
As teacher of the Michael Chekhov´s Acting Technique working with movement, dance, theater and circus art and the special experience with people with alternative thought patterns, Anna-Katharina has developed her own method for an artistic approach. All her classes are taught by movement, improvisation, choreographies and compositions. As outside eye and coach Anna-Katharina supports the artists to get a deeper understanding of their creation, to find tools for implementation of ideas and to develop structure for research, rehearsal processes and performance.
